SB10, seeking the Licensure of Indiana Massage Therapists, passes Senate!
Wednesday, February 1, 2012

SB 10 has passed the final reading on the Senate floor, and will be moving along to a hearing in the House of Representatives. Once there, it will be assigned to a Committee (likely Public Health there as well) for a hearing and vote, as well as possible amendments. We also anticipate being asked for "Proof of Harm". This means incidents where a member of the public has been injured while recieving "massage". If you or any clients have had these sort of incidents occur, please share the report with us. Thank you for your support and interest in the Profession!
